Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

United States: 7–14 business days after processing

International: 14–21 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your confirmation.

Customs and Import Fees (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are collected by the destination country's customs authority.

Lost or Stolen Packages
